Eligible paid transactions processed through Tamil Australia include one Service fee: 2.5% of the paid transaction value plus AUD $0.40 for each paid service unit, with GST added to that combined amount. Admission products use the number of paid passes issued; a membership card or ordinary Event Shop order counts as one unit. The fee-inclusive total is displayed before payment and the fee does not vary by card type or payment method.

There is no separate card, Stripe, processing, or recovery surcharge. Free RSVPs, nominations, and complimentary-only admissions remain fee-free.

Membership, event, sponsorship, and other activity-specific refund conditions are set by Tamil Association Queensland, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Use only the official Tamil Association Queensland or Tamil Australia payment link. Never share a password or one-time code, pay a fee to release a refund, or transfer money to a so-called safe account. Verify unexpected payment or bank-detail changes using a trusted contact channel already on record.
